锌诱导小鼠肝产生金属硫蛋白的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 给小鼠腹腔注射Zn盐 ,应用镉饱和法测定肝金属硫蛋白的量。结果显示 :连续 3天给小鼠低于致死量的锌盐与其诱导产生肝MT的量间存在时间 效应、剂量 效应关系。当给5mg/kg的ZnSO4 7H2 O ,12h内肝MT随时间的增加而增加 ,2 4h开始下降 ,3天后则降至正常水平 ;Zn剂量低于 7mg/kg。 The dose effect and time effect relationships of metallothionein(MT)were studied from the liver of mice injected with zinc and MT measured by cadmiumsaturation methods.It showed that there was a relation between the hepatic MT and zinc dose below the letal dose of mice.The hepatic MT of mice increased in 12hours,decreased after 24 hours and reached normal level after 3 days.The more zinc,the more hepatic MT at certain scope of doses.
