信任视角下环境意识对消费者绿色购买行为的影响

摘要 资源耗竭、生态恶化、气候暖化等一次次成为全球关注的焦点。人们保护环境的意愿越来越强，但是人们购买绿色产品的实际情况并不理想。本文经过实证研究发现，环境意识对消费者绿色购买行为有显著的正向影响；信任对绿色购买行为有显著的正向影响；但是信任在环境意识向绿色购买行为的转变中没有起到调节作用。
