摘要
目的 :探讨护理人员的工作压力、个人属性、工作性质对护理人员离职意愿的关系及影响 ,并寻求降低护理人员离职意愿的最佳途径。方法 :采用问卷调查法 ,以北京协和医院临床护士为研究对象。结果 :护理人员工作压力属中等程度 ,离职意愿属轻中等程度 ;工作压力与离职意愿呈现正相关。结论 :建议行政管理部门掌握护理人员的离职意愿与工作压力程度 ,提供减轻压力的预防措施 ,并在增加护士编制、建立后勤支持系统、提高护士福利待遇。
Object:The aim of the research was to identify the relationship between work stress and intention of quit of nurses by filling up the questionnaires.Method:The research subjects were 382 clinical nurses in Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Results: It Showed that nurses' job stress was in the middle level.The nurses' intention of quit was in the mild level.There was a positive relationship between job stress and intention of quit of nurses.Conclusions:The researchers suggested that administers should realize the level of the nurses intention of quit and job stress.The implementation should be supplied to reduce the job stress and more emphasis should be given on increasing the number of nurses,setting up supportive system,raising the salary,etc. Author's address Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Beijing,100730
