摘要
目的 检测细胞核 DNA含量在大肠癌、大肠腺瘤及正常肠粘膜中的表达 ,探讨其在大肠癌恶性转化中的意义。 方法 应用 Feulgen染色及图像分析技术分别对 5 3例结肠癌及直肠癌、30例大肠腺瘤、10例正常肠粘膜进行 DNA含量分析。 结果 正常肠粘膜、腺瘤、腺癌三组 DNA含量差别有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。将检测结果行正常组织与癌组织、腺瘤与腺癌、腺瘤与正常组织之间做两两比较 ,除腺瘤与正常组织之间外 ,其他各组都有显著性差别。 结论 DNA含量测定对早期发现大肠腺癌有重要意义 ,为判断大肠疾病的性质提供细胞生物学依据。
Objective\ To investigate the DNA contents of normal mucosa,adenoma and carcinoma of large bowel as well as its clinical significance. \ Methods\ The DNA contents were evaluated by color image analysis system in 10 normal mucosa, 30 adenoma and 53 carcinoma specimens after Feulgen staining.\ Results\ The DNA contents were significantly different among the three groups examined(normal mucosa,adenoma and carcinoma)(P<0.05),and 2C,5C or >5C values were significantly different between normal mucosa and carcinoma, adenoma and carcinoma(P<0 05), except between normal mucosa and adenoma(P>0 05).\ Conclusion\ The DNA content assay can act as an important biological basis for distinguishing between benign and malignant diseases of large bowel.\;
