摘要
目的 在排除了炎症及免疫反应的条件下 ,探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)本身因素对胃粘液细胞的损伤作用。 方法 将胚胎胃粘膜组织与 Hp共培养 2 ,4,6 h后 ,利用光镜及电镜对胃粘膜组织进行形态学观察。 结果 光镜观察粘液细胞水肿且凋亡增加 ,电镜观察除见有凋亡细胞、凋亡小体外 ,粘液细胞还出现微绒毛丢失、粘液颗粒减少、细胞内出现多少不等的空泡等改变。上述变化随着胃粘液细胞与 Hp共培养时间的延长而加重。在共培养 6h后 ,少部分粘液细胞发生坏死。 结论 Hp本身即可引起粘液细胞变性、坏死 ,加速粘液细胞凋亡。
Objective\ To study the effects of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) on cultured fetal gastric mucosa,when the roles of inflammatory and immune responses were excluded.\ Methods\ Light microscopy and electron microscopy were used to observe the morphologic changes of fetal gastric mucous cells after they were co\|cultured with Hp for 2,4 and 6 hours respectively.\ Results\ Edematous and apoptotic gastric mucous cells could be found under light microscopy.\ Electron microscopy studies showed that mucous cells loss of microvilli,depletion of mucin granules.\ Plasmic vacuolations and apoptosis were increased.\ These morphologic changes were correlated with co\|cultured time.\ Sometimes,after co\|culturing with Hp for 6 hours,some mucous cells could undergo necrosis.\ Conclusion\ Hp could induce mucous cells degeneration and necrosis as well as increase mucous cells apoptosis.
