摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者足部汗腺与周围神经病变及周围血管病变的关系。方法分别采用血管彩色B超和欧米诺汗印法(新型诊断膏贴,Neuropad)对98例T2DM患者进行泌汗神经功能检测及周围血管检测,计算欧米诺汗印法左右足开始及完全变色时间。结果糖尿病周围血管病变组左足及右足欧米诺开始变色时间分别为(3.7±2.66)min,(3.61±2.56)min,左足及右足欧米诺完全变色时间分别为:(22.07±9.97)min,(20.94±10.71)min;显著高于糖尿病无周围血管病变组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并周围血管病变患者足部泌汗功能差。
Objective To study the relation between the function of sudomotor nerve in foot and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and the peripheral vascular disease(PVD) in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 98 cases with type 2 diabetic mellitus patients were selected.Neuropad(a new diagnostic tool) and intravascular ultrasound were used to detect sudomotor nerve function and DPN.Time for the beginning and completing colour change of Neuropad in the left and right foot were calculated.Results Time for begining colour change of Neuropad in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease in left and right foot were(3.7±2.66) min,(3.61±2.56) min respectively.Time for completing colour change of Neuropad in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease in left and right foot were(22.07±9.97) min,(20.94±10.71) min respectively.Above changes were significantly higher than those of without peripheral vascular disease(P0·01).Conclusions Time for beginning and completing colour change of Neuropad in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease is more higher than those of without peripheral vascular disease.The function of sudomotor nerve in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral vascular disease is worse than that of without peripheral vascular disease.
