实时超声弹性成像技术对子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的临床诊断价值 被引量:23

摘要 目的探讨实时超声弹性成像技术对子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的诊断价值。方法对63例子宫内膜癌患者进行阴道超声及弹性成像检查判断子宫肌层浸润情况,将子宫肌层浸润分为三组:无肌层浸润、浅肌层浸润、深肌层浸润。将实时超声弹性成像、阴道超声检查及二者联合诊断结果与病理结果对照。结果实时超声弹性成像、阴道超声检查、二者联合检查对肌层浸润判断与病理结果比较,经一致性检验:Kappa值分别为0.545、0.459、0.731,对浅肌层浸润的灵敏度分别为:55.6%、40.7%、81.5%;准确度分别为69.8%、66.7%、82.5%;对深肌层浸润准确度分别为:92.1%、90.5%、93.7%。结论实时超声弹性成像有助于子宫内膜癌肌层浸润的判定,二者联合检查可提高诊断的准确性。
