Study on the Application of a New Solvent System(Ⅰ)——About the Basic Physical Properties of the New Solvent System

新溶剂体系是指由乙酸仲丁酯、甲氧基乙酸甲酯、甲氧基乙酸仲丁酯、聚酯油构成的溶剂体系。介绍了该新溶剂作为溶剂的基本物性,如LD50、挥发速率、溶解性等的研究结果,及与现行涂料用苯类、酯类、酮类、醇醚等溶剂的物性进行对比试验情况。

A new solvent system is composed of sec-butyl acetate, methyl methoxy acetate, methoxy butyl acetate and polyester oil. This paper introduces the basic physical properties of the new solvent system, such as LD50, evaporation rate and solubility; also it introduces the contrast test on the new solvent system with the current solvents for coatings such as benzenes, esters, ketones and alcohol ethers.
