颅内动脉瘤MRA与DSA的对照分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :通过 MRA与 DSA的对照分析 ,探讨 MRA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。 方法 :对 50例 49个颅内动脉瘤行 3DTOF MRA检查 ,对照 DSA检查结果 ,分析 MRA表现。结果 :3DTOF MRA在检查颅内动脉瘤方面有以下特点 :( 1 ) MRA结合原始图像可显示 3mm以上各种类型动脉瘤及其发生部位。( 2 )原始图像可同时显示部分血栓性动脉瘤内血栓及通畅的瘤腔。 ( 3) MRA能同时显示巨大动脉瘤及其以远的血管。 ( 4 ) MRA能清晰显示全脑或每支脑动脉的三维解剖 ,有利于小动脉瘤与血管折曲的鉴别。结论 :作为一种无创的技术 ,3DTOF MRA在检查颅内动脉瘤方面是一种非常有价值的方法 ,它可以用于筛查和诊断颅内动脉瘤。 Objective:To study the value of 3DTOF MAR in diagnosing intracranial aneurysm by comparison between MRA and DSA.Methods:3DTOF MRA were performed on 50 cases with 49 intracranial aneurysms.The MRA were analyzed in comparison with the DSA.Results:3DTOF MRA had four characteristics in detecting intracranial aneurysm:(1) MRA combined with images of raw data could be used for detecting any type of aneurysm located at any site with a diameter over 3mm.(2) images of raw data could demonstrate the intraaneurysm clot and residual patent lumen of partially thrombosed aneurysm.(3)MRA combined with images of raw data could show the giant aneurysm and its distal vessels simultaneously.(4)Because MRA could show the anatomic position of all cerebral arteries and branches in a 3D mode,it could be used for differentiating small aneurysms from vascular twists.Conclusion:Being noninvasive,3DTOF MRA is a very valuable technique in examining intracranial aneurysm and can be used for screening and diagnosing intracranial aneurysm.
