摘要
目的 :探讨 TGFβ2 、TGFβ3 和 TβR- 与胚胎植入的关系。方法 :取孕 4~ 8d小鼠子宫 ,用免疫组化方法观察 TGFβ2 、TGFβ3 和 TβR- 的表达情况并以非孕小鼠子宫做对照。 结果 :TGFβ2 于孕子宫各型细胞均有表达 ,表达程度以孕 7d为最高 ;TGFβ3 和 TβR- 的表达主要集中于子宫腺和肌细胞。植入阶段 ,TGFβ2 阳性细胞的数量明显高于 TGFβ3 。 结论 :TGFβ2 、TGFβ3 和 TβR- 参与植入过程的调节。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between TGFβ 2, TGFβ 3, TβR Ⅲ and blastocyst implantation.Methods:Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of TGFβ 2, TGFβ 3 and TβR Ⅲ in the mouse uteri from the 4th day to the 8th day after fertilization and taking the unpregnant mouse uteri as controls.Results:TGFβ 2 expressed in all kinds of cells of uterus with the highest expression on the 7th day ,while TGFβ 3 and TβR Ⅲ expressed mainly in uterine glands and myocytes.TGFβ 2 positive cells are more than TGFβ 3 positive cells during implantation period.Conclusion:TGFβ 2,TGFβ 3 and TβR Ⅲ are involved in the regulating process of implantation.
