起爆点偏移对聚能射流的影响研究

摘要 利用有限元分析软件对起爆点偏离中轴的情况下产生的射流进行数值模拟。采用相同的装药结构,对5种不同偏移量的模型进行研究,分析不同偏离程度下射流的形成过程、形状和速度。结果表明:起爆点偏移使射流向相反的方向射出,偏移量增大使左右两侧微元的压垮速度差异增大,射流更加倾斜;偏离量越大射流头部速度的垂直分量越小,水平分量越大。数值模拟的结果也验证了斜射流形成的理论。 The finite element analysis software was applied in simulating the shaped charge jet in which the initiation point had a certain offset to the axis of main charge. The same charge structure was used to analyze five models with different offsets. The forming process, shape and velocity of jet were studied with different offsets. The results showed that the offset can influence the direction of jet, the increasement of offset could enlarge the velocity difference of elements of both side and leaned the jet. The larger offset, the lower vertical velocity of top of jet would be, and the higher horizontal velocity of jet would be. The result of numerical simulation also proved the explanation of forming the leaned jet.
