放电等离子烧结GT35钢结硬质合金的组织与性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用放电等离子烧结技术制备GT35钢结硬质合金,研究了放电等离子烧结GT35钢结硬质合金及其热处理后的显微组织与性能。结果表明:与传统粉末冶金方法制备的钢结硬质合金相比,放电等离子烧结制备的GT35钢结硬质合金显微组织均匀、晶粒细小、无碳化物偏析。经过1 000℃×6 min+200℃×1.5 h的热处理后,硬度比传统粉末烧结制备的钢结硬质合金提高了1.5~3.5HRC,耐磨性也显著提高。 GT35 steel-bonded carbide was prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS) technique. The effects of sintering process, heat treatment on microstruetures and properties were studied. The results show that compared with traditional powder metallurgy steel-bonded carbide, the GT35 steel-bonded carbide prepared by SPS technique has the uniform microstructure with fine grain size and no carbide segregation. The hardness of SPSed GT35 steel-bonded carbide after quenching at 1 000℃ for 6 min and tempering at 200 ℃ for 1.5 hour is 1.5 to 3.5HRC higher than that of conventional sintered ones, and its abrasive resistance is imnroved zreatlv.
