摘要
目的 :探讨介质环境对小檗碱荧光光谱性质的影响。方法 :配制在不同溶剂及 pH条件下的 2× 10 -5mol·L-1小檗碱溶液 ,测定其荧光光谱。结果 :随着溶剂极性的降低 ,其荧光发射光谱紫移并且荧光强度显著提高。但在不同的pH条件下 ,荧光光谱几乎不变。结论 :小檗碱所具有的特殊荧光性质 ,可作为生物荧光探针的优选试剂。
Objective:The media environment of effects on the fluorescence characteristics of berberine are discussed in details.Method:The fluorescence spectra of 2×10 -5 mol·L -1 berberine in various solution and at different pH values are determined.Results:The fluorescent emission spectra are slightly blue shifted and its intensity dramatic enhanced with decreasing solvent polarity,but the spectra are unchanged at different pH values.Conclusion:The berberine can be applied as fluorescence probe in bioscience for its special properties.
