中西医结合治疗恶性脑瘤对照观察

A Comprehensive Curative Effect of Malignant Brain Tumors Treated with VM26+MeCCNU and TCM

目的 中西医药辩证施治对 38例恶性脑瘤的临床疗效与传统的放化疗的疗效对照观察。方法 治疗组 38例用VM2 6 +MeCCNU化疗与中医药辨证配合 ;对照组 18例按常规仅作放疗或化疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 (CR +PR) 76 3% (2 9/38) ,胶质瘤与转移瘤有效率分别为91 6 % (2 2 /2 4)和 5 0 % (7/14)。对照组有效率 33 3% (6 /18)。主要毒副反应为食欲下降 ,恶心呕吐 ,骨髓抑制 ,多为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。大部分病人通过中药调理 ,能达到“增效”和“减毒”之目的。结论 运用中医辨证论治配合化疗 ,治疗恶性脑瘤的综合有效率为 76 3% ,与传统单一放化疗的疗效 33 3%有显著的差异 (P <0 0 5 )

Objective To study a comprehensive curative effect of malignant brain tumor treated with chemotherapy combining traditional chinese medicine (TCM).Methods VM26+MeCCNU with TCM were used in treated group,38 cases.Chemotherapy or radiotherapy was used along in control group ,18 cases.Results Total effective rate (CR+PR) was 76.3%(29/38) in treated group ,while 33.3%(6/18) in control group only.Among side effects,marrow function disorder and gastrointestinal reaction were most common seen.Most were grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ,which were treated by reducing toxicity and raising effects of TCM.Conclusion chemotherapy and TCM in malignant brain tumor has more effective (76.3%)than traditional chemotherapy or radiotherapy(33.3%)along( P <0.05).
