石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铅含量前处理的改进 被引量:5

Pretreatment improvement in determination of lead in whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铅。方法采用0.2%硝酸+0.3%TritonX-100稀释血样,0.1%硝酸钯为基改,通过优化仪器条件,直接进样测定全血中铅。结果血铅浓度在0~500μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998,相对标准偏差3.24%,回收率在98.4%~102.4%之间。结论该方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,精密度好,结果准确,适用于血中铅的批量测定。 [Objective] To adopt graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of lead in whole blood.[Methods]Blood samples were pre-treated by 0.2% nitric acid + 0.3% Triton X-100,and 0.1% nitric acid palladium was adopted as the matrix modifier.By optimizing the experimental conditions,lead in whole blood was determined with direct injection.[Results] The stand curve was linear in range of 0-500 μg/L.The curve coefficient r=0.999 8,RSD was 3.24%,the recoveries were 98.2-102.7%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,accurate,with good precision,and suitable for large amount determination of lead in blood.
