皮蛋中总砷含量的微波消解-原子荧光测定法 被引量:1

Determination of total arsenic in preserved eggs by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的建立一种快速准确的微波消解-原子荧光光谱法用于皮蛋中总砷含量的测定。方法采用微波消解对样品进行前处理,以硫脲-抗坏血酸作为还原剂,应用氢化物发生—原子荧光分析技术测定皮蛋中总砷。结果通过正交设计,在优化的最佳消解和反应检测条件下,砷浓度范围在0~50μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.048μg/L,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%,加标回收率为90.1%~94.5%。结论该方法简便快速,准确灵敏。 [Objective] To establish a fast and accurate method for the determination of arsenic in the preserved eggs by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]The microwave digestion was used for pretreatment,with thiourea-ascorbic acid as reducing agent,the hydride-atomic fluorescence analysis technology was applied for determination of total arsenic.[Results] Through the orthogonal design,under the optimized digestion and reaction detection conditions,good linear relationship was obtained with arsenic concentration in the range of 0-50 μg/L;the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6,detection limit was 0.048 μg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.0%,the recoveries were 90.1%-94.5%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,suitable for the determination of arsenic in the preserved eggs.
