摘要
目的全面、准确了解昆山市碘盐质量,为有关部门的监督管理和实施全民加碘提供科学依据,确保居民食用盐中碘的含量,彻底消除碘缺乏病。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,地区内按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取9个乡,每个乡抽4个村,每个村抽取8份盐样,共采集288份盐样检测其含碘量。盐业公司每月采集9份样品分析。结果检测盐业公司碘盐240份,盐业公司碘盐合格率为100%,均值为30.3 mg/kg,变异系数(CV)为8%,碘含量比较稳定。2008—2011年检测居民户碘盐1 152份,碘盐合格率为95.5%、97.9%、97.6%、98.6%,年份间差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.28,P>0.05)。碘盐覆盖率分别为99.3%、100.0%、99.7%、99.0%,年份间差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.35,P>0.05),4年食用碘盐含量的平均数分别为29.6、29.9、29.1和30.3 mg/kg,均数经统计,年份间差异无统计学意义(F=2.56,P>0.05)。结论昆山市居民碘盐合格率已达国家标准,但还要继续坚持以食用加碘盐为主的防治策略,巩固防治成果。
[Objective] To understand the status of iodized salt in Kunshan City fully and accurately,to provide scientific evidence for relevant departments to implement supervision and management of universal iodization,to insure the content of iodine in salts,and eliminate iodine deficiency.[Methods]Based on the National project of Iodized Salt Surveillance,9 towns were selected in 5 different directions of east,south,west,north and center in city and then 4 villages were selected in each towns.Eight samples of salt were randomly collected in each village.As a result,a total of 288 samples underwent the detection of iodine concentration.Nine samples were selected in salt industry corporation every month.[Results] A total of 240 samples were examined in salt industry corporation,the rate of qualified iodized was 100%,the mean iodine was 30.3mg/Kg,the coefficient of variability(CV) was 8%,the content was stable in salt.A total of 1 152 samples were examined in edible salts of residents from 2008-2011,the qualified rate were 95.5%,97.9%,97.6%,98.6%,without significant difference between years(χ2=6.28,P0.05);the coverage rate were 99.3%,100%,99.7% and 99.0%,without significant difference between years(χ2=3.35,P0.05).The mean of consumption of iodized salt content were 29.6 mg/kg,29.9 mg/kg,29.1 mg/kg,30.3 mg/kg in each year,no significant difference was obtained between years by statistical analysis of mean(F=2.56,P0.05).[Conclusion]The qualified rate of iodized salt in Kunshan City has reached the national standard,but the iodine deficiency control strategies based on iodized salt consumption should continue to adhere so as to consolidate the control result.
