摘要
目的评定水中总α放射性测量实验中的不确定度。方法通过分析计算公式中的有关参数,分析测量实验中的不确定度。结果该分析实验中由测量仪器带来的不确定度为10.4%,仪器探测效率带来的不确定度为6.5%、由铺样的分散性带来的不确定度为3.43%。结论水中总α放射性主要受到测量仪器的不确定度、仪器探测效率和铺样的分散性等3个方面的不确定度因素影响。
[Objective] To evaluate the uncertainty in measurement of gross α radioactivity in water.[Methods]By analyzing the relevant parameters in the formula,the uncertainty in measurement was studied.[Results]The uncertainty caused by instrument was 10.4%,the uncertainty caused by instrument detection efficiency was 6.5%,and the uncertainty caused by thickness of samples was 3.43%.[Conclusion]In measurement of gross α radioactivity in water,the uncertainties mainly include instrument uncertainty,instrument detection efficiency uncertainty,and thickness of samples uncertainty.
