某医学院校不同年级医学生结核病相关知识的调查

Survey on knowledge of tuberculosis among medical major students of different grades

目的了解不同年级医学生结核病知识掌握现状,为制定针对性的教育计划提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,随机抽取某医学院校各年级医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生(n=800)对结核病基本知识知晓率较高,但不同年级医学生间对结核病知识知晓率差异性大,大三、大四学生结核病知识掌握情况明显优于大一、大二学生(P<0.05)。医学生对结核病相关国家政策总体上知晓率不高,低年级与高年级间比较存在差异性(P<0.05),1/2以上学生对结核病的认知态度是对的,但情况不容乐观。结论医学院校学生结核病防治知识知晓率高,但对相关国家政策及认知态度有待加强。

[Objective] To investigate the knowledge levels on tuberculosis（TB） among medical major students of different grades,and provide evidence for developing targeted health education plan.[Methods]The students of every grade were selected by multistage cluster sampling to make an random investigation by using questionnaire.[Results] The proportion of knowing the basic knowledge about TB was relatively high among the students（n=800）,but the statistical significance of TB knowledge was found between different grades,TB knowledge level of junior students and senior students was obviously superior to that of the freshman and sophomore（P0.05）.The proportion of knowing prevention and control organizations and the national policy of TB was very low among all the students,with significant difference between the lower and the higher grade students（P0.05）.The attitude of more than half the students was right about TB,but it could not be optimistic.[Conclusion]The proportion of knowing the basic knowledge about TB is relatively high among medical major students.But their attitude towards TB relevant national policies and cognition still needs to be strengthened
