小开腹改良子宫切除术的探讨

Study on the Improved Abdominal Hysterectomy with Small Incision

目的 :探讨小开腹改良子宫切除术的优越性。方法 :对 73例患子宫良性病变行小开腹改良子宫切除术 ,同期随机选择 73例类似病人采用传统子宫切除术作为对照。结果 :比较两组在手术时间、出血量以及术后恢复方面有显著差异。结论 :小开腹改良子宫切除术操作简单 ,切口小而美观 ,出血少 ,手术时间短 ,病人康复快 。

Objective:To investigate the advantage of the improved abdominal hysterectomy with small incision.Method:146 patients with uterine benign diseases were divided into two groups randomly,one treated by improved abdominal hysterctomy with small incision and another by traditional abdominal hysterectomy.Result:A significant difference was found between two groups in operative duration,blood loss and postoperative recovery.Conclusion:The improved abdominal hysterectomy with small incision has the advantage in operative process,incision,bleeding,operative duration and recovery over the tranditional abdominal hysterectomy
