心脏手术后妊娠32例分析

Analysis of 32 Cases with Pregnancy After Cardiac Operation

目的 :为了探讨心脏手术对妊娠的影响。方法 :对 10年中心脏手术后妊娠 32例回顾性分析 ,其中房间隔缺损修补术 2例 ,室间隔缺损修补术 3例 ,法乐氏四联症矫正术 3例 ,二尖瓣扩张术 5例 ,瓣膜置换术 19例。手术后心功能 ～ 级。结果 :32例新生儿存活无畸形 ,无孕产妇死亡。结论 :心脏手术后心功能 ～ 级 ,能使妊娠成功。

Objective:To investigate the impact of cardiac operation on subsequent pregnancy.Method:Thirty two patients with subsequent pregnancy after cardiac operation were analyzed retrospectively.of them,2 pations underwent repair of atrium septal defect,3 repair of ventricular septal defect,3 with correction of mitral valve and 19 patients replacement of mitral valve.All patients had cardiac function with class Ⅰ Ⅱ.After operation.[WT5”BZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]All newborns of the patients survive without deformation.No death occurred in all patients.[WT5”BZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]It is safe for patients with cardiac function of class Ⅰ～Ⅱ after cardiac operation to proceed with pregnancy.
