妊娠期补充钙剂的临床观察

Clinical Experience with Calcium Supplementation in Pregnancy

目的 :观察孕期补充钙剂的效果以及对妊娠的影响。方法 :将 186例 2 0～ 34周的孕妇随机分为补钙组 (98例 ,服用乐力氨基酸螯合钙 )和对照组 (98例 ) ,分别于服药前查血钙、尿蛋白。观察期间每 4周复查 1次血钙及尿蛋白 ,每周复查 1次血压、宫高、腹围。结果 :妊娠期血钙低于正常非孕期 ,随妊娠进展下降更明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,补充钙组血钙较对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,补钙组的临床缺钙症状明显低于对照组且妊高征、胎儿宫内发育迟缓发生率明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :孕期补充乐力钙有益于降低缺钙症状的发生 ,降低妊高征、胎儿宫内发育迟缓发生率 。

Objective:To study the efficacy of calcium supplementation during pregnancy and its impact on pregnancy.Methods:A total of 186 pregnant women with 20 34 gestational weeks were enrolled in this study.There were randomly assigned to 2 groups:treatment groups (n=98) who took Osteoform Capsules 2 tablets daily and control groups(n=98)who took no other supplementation.Both serum calcium and urinary protein were determined at admission.Serum calcium and Urinary protein were examined every 4 weeks duing the observational period and blood pressure,uterine height,abdominal circumference were examined evry 2 weeks.Results:The levels of serum calcium in pregnancy were lower than those in normal non pregnancy and its significantly decreased as pregnancy advanced( P <0.05).In calcium supplementation groups,serum calcium levels were significantly increased than that in control groups,and the incident of clinical calciprive symptom,pregnancy induced hyperteation syndrome PIH,intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR )were distinctly lower than control groups( P <0.01).Conclusion:Osteoform Capsules were benefit to decrease the incidence of calciprive symtom,PIH and IUGR during pregnancy.It is very beneficial for mother and fetus.
