摘要
目的 研究人源性细胞在电磁脉冲 (EMP)及电离辐射作用后的生物效应 .方法 用电磁脉冲发生器和6 0 Co-γ线分别照射人肠上皮细胞 ,以四唑盐 (MTT)比色法检测受照细胞的存活程度 .结果 电磁脉冲 (EMP)作用后 ,EMP电场场强为 90 k V· m- 1 时 ,随着脉冲次数增加 (1~ 15次 )条件下 ,细胞存活率逐渐降低 ,以 15次组最为明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,该组细胞于照后 96 h,其存活率仅为对照组的 80 .0 % (P<0 .0 1) ;电离辐射作用后 (4~ 12 Gy范围内 ) ,随照射剂量增加 ,细胞存活率 2 4h时各组与对照组相差不显著 ,但 96 h时各组均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 本实验条件下 ,电磁脉冲和电离辐射均可降低细胞的存活率 ,随照后时间的延长 ,前者呈回升趋势 ,后者则呈进行性降低 .
AIM To investigate the bioeffect of human derived cells under electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and ionizing radiation. METHODS Electromagnetic pulse generator or 60 Co γ ray was used to irradiate human intestinal epithelial cells; MTT colorimetry was used to detect the survival rate of the irradiated cells. RESULTS When the radiation of EMP was at 90 kV·m -1 with the increase of EMP number (1~15 pulses), the cellular survival rate gradually declined and the decline was most significant at 15 pulses ( P <0.01). 96 h after the irradiation, the cellular survival rate of the irradiated groups was only 80.0% of the control ( P <0.01). When ionizing radiation was used and the radiation dosage was increased (4~12 Gy), no significant difference in cell survival rate was observed between the irradiated groups and the control 24 h after the irradiation ( P >0.05). But 96 h after the irradiation, the survival rate of all the irradiated groups were lower than that of the control ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Under the condition of our experiment, EMP and ionizing radiation can both reduce the cellular survival rate (CSR). The cell survival rate increases with time after the irradiation in the case of EMP, while decreases progressively in the case of ionizing radiation.
