摘要
目的:探讨稽留流产患者绒毛滋养细胞中线粒体超微结构的变化及其可能原因。方法:稽留流产患者20例作为研究组,正常早孕要求流产者20例作为对照组。研究组20例胚胎稽留宫内时间<4周。应用化学分析法检测研究组及对照组绒毛中还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)及抗超氧阴离子自由基(fight superoxide radical,FSR)的水平,用透射电镜观察绒毛滋养细胞线粒体超微结构的病理形态学变化。结果:与正常早孕妇女绒毛相比较,稽留流产患者绒毛中GSH及FSR水平均显著降低(P<0.05),其线粒体存在明显的肿胀损伤。结论:稽留流产患者绒毛滋养细胞线粒体抗氧自由基能力减弱,自由基生成增加,线粒体超微结构受到破坏。
Objective: To investigate change of mitochondria ultrastructure in villous trophocytes of missed abortion and the possible reasons. Methods:A total of 20 patients with missed abortion were enrolled (study group). In addition,20 early preg nant women with artificial abortion surgery were also enrolled as control group, of whom the embryos were confirmed alive be fore surgery. The time of the 20 patients of missed abortion whose embryos stayed in uterus after they died was less than four weeks. Chemical assay technique was used to detect the levels of reduced glutathione (GSH) and fight superoxide radical (FSR) in chorionic villi. Change of mitochondria ultrastructure in villous trophocytes of missed abortion was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: The levels of GSH and FSR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05), and evident swelling injuries were found in mitochondria of missed abortion. Conclusions: The ability to scavenge oxygen free radicals in the mitochondria of villous trophocyte of missed abortion decreased and the production of radicals increased, which destroyed mitochondria ultrastructure.
