脂肪干细胞在皮肤组织创面修复中的研究进展
Progress of Adipose Derived Stem Cells in Skin Repair and Regeneration
摘要
严重机械压榨伤、大面积烧伤后常出现大面积的皮肤组织创面，由于皮肤软组织大量缺损，深部组织过多暴露，伤日污染严重，导致创面难以愈合。皮瓣或皮片移植术作为临床上较为常用的治疗手段，虽然其成功率高、费用较低，但由于存在供皮区组织缺损、瘢痕形成以及疼痛等缺点，从而限制了其临床应用。真皮替代物缺乏血管结构，血管化过程慢，并且缺乏抗感染能力，导致移植成活率较低。
