牙周炎患者治疗前后龈沟液中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1的变化

Soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 level in gingival crevicular fluid in the patients with periodontitis before and after conventional periodontal treatment

目的 :了解成人牙周炎患者治疗前后龈沟液 (GCF)中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)含量的变化。方法 :采用常规滤纸条法收集正常成年人以及成年人牙周炎患者治疗前后的 GCF样本 ,用 EL ISA法检测其 s ICAM- 1的含量。结果 :治疗后 GCF中 s ICAM- 1的水平显著下降 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :GCF中s ICAM- 1水平可作为评价牙周炎症状态的一项较为敏感和客观的实验指标。

objective:To Study the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (GCF sICAM 1) level in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) in the patients with periodontitis before and after conventional treatment.Methods:GCF sICAM 1 content was analyzed using an ELISA technique following careful sampling of GCF with standardzed filter strips.Results:GCF sICAM 1 levels (kU/ml) were 272.07 and 141.42 respectively before and 1 week after periodontal treatment ( P <0.01),that was 70.75 1 month after treatment.Conclusion:GCF sICAM 1 level may be a sensitive and objective marker for detection of periodontal tissue inflammation.
