应用静脉留置针采血监测血透患者甲状旁腺切除术后血钙等电解质

Blood collection by intravenous indwelling needle for monitoring electrolytes in hemodialysis patients after parathyroidectomy

目的探讨甲状旁腺手术后应用静脉留置针采血代替常规静脉采血监测血电解质的可行性。方法采用自身对照法,对甲状旁腺切除术后的患者同时采用常规静脉穿刺和静脉留置针采血,分别检测血钙、钾、钠、氯、镁、磷。结果两种方法测得的电解质数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用静脉留置针采血对血电解质检测无明显影响,可以用静脉留置针采血代替常规静脉穿刺采血检测血电解质。

Objective To invesigate the feasibility of collecting blood samples by intravenous indwelling needle for replacing routine venipuncture in monitroing the electrolytes.Methods With the self-controlled trial,the blood samples were simultaneously collected by intravenous indwelling needle and venipuncture for detecting serum calcium,potassium,sodium,chloride,magnesium and phosphorus.Results The detected values of serum electrolytes had no statistical differences between the two blood collection methods（P0.05）.Conclusion Collecting blood samples by intravenous indwelling needle does not affect the test results of blood electrolytes and may replace the routine venipuncture for collecting blood sample.
