摘要
目的 :探索批量培养植物发根以生产次生代谢物的方法。方法 :用容量 5L的生物反应器培养决明发根 ,连续观测液体培养基 pH值变化 ,用分光光度计连续测定培养基中游离蒽醌类化合物的含量。 结果 :在 36d培养期内收获决明发根 76 1g ,发根鲜重增殖了 42倍。结论 :培养基 pH值的高低变化在一定程度上反映了生物反应器中游离蒽醌类化合物的合成情况。
Objective: To explore the new approach for producing secondary metabolites by large scale culture of plant hairy roots. Methods: The hairy roots of Cassia obtusifolia L. were cultured using a bioreactor with capacity of five liters. The pH value and the content of free anthraquinones in the liquid medium were continuously measured. Results: The mass of hairy roots increased by 42 times within the culture period of 36 days and reached 761 g in fresh weight. Conclusion: To some extents, the biosynthesis of free anthraquinones in the bioreactor was reflected by the variation of pH values in the culture medium. (J Beijing Med Univ, 2000,32:142 144)
