摘要
建立合理的C2C交易信用评价指标体系,引用二元语义的方法将C2C交易信用评价指标体系分为口碑和形象两个维度进行研究,通过语意指标量化,建立信用评价坐标矩阵,实证研究表明该评价方法有助于C2C交易卖家信用的识别与判定。
In order to establish a rational credit evaluation index system in the C2C transactions,the credit evaluation index system was studied in two dimensions of reputation and image based on two-tuple linguistic approach.A credit evaluation coordinate matrix is established by the quantization of semantic indicators.Empirical studies have shown that the evaluation method is helpful in identifying sellers' credit in the C2C transactions.
