摘要
针对岗位评价问题,采用模糊集值统计方法进行岗位评价,有效解决将客观统计用于心理统计而产生的传统岗位评价方法的可信性及合理性受到的质疑。研究表明应用模糊集值统计选择岗位评价因素进行岗位评价能收到良好的评价效果。
In view of the problems in job evaluation,fuzzy set-valued statistic method was adopted to effectively solve problems in credibility and the rationality caused by the traditional methods for job evaluation.Studies show that good effect has been achieved in job evaluation by selecting job evaluation factors based on fuzzy set-valued statistics.
