Classroom teaching quality evaluation of college teachers based on extension method

摘要 在分析高校教师课堂教学质量的涵义和构成的基础上,结合高校教师教学质量考评的特点,从专家测评视角构建了课堂教学质量评价体系,以可拓集合理论为基础,运用可拓评价方法建立了教师教学质量评价的模型,并通过实例分析证明了方法的有效性。 The improvement of college teaching quality is an important means to enhance college competitiveness and guarantee its talent quality.Based on the analysis of definition and constitution of college teachers' classroom teaching quality,the evaluation system of teaching quality is constructed from the perspective of expert evaluation,based on the characteristics of the evaluation of college teachers’ teaching quality.On the basis of extension set,a model of teaching quality evaluation is established by means of extension assessment.Case analyses have proved the effectiveness of this method.
