佛山外来工子女教育问题研究

A Study on the Education Issue of Children of Foshan Migrant Workers

基于2010年实地调研数据,发现目前佛山外来工子女教育存在诸多问题:从外部环境来说,主要有外来工子女义务教育免费门槛过高、政府宣传力度不够,公办学校财政和学位压力较大,民办学校扶持力度不够、教学质量没保障等;从外来工自身方面来说,主要有文化素质不高、家庭教育支持欠缺,收入水平低等。今后佛山要进一步放宽外来工子女入学准入制度、提供公平的竞争环境、鼓励社会力量办学、完善外来工子女教育救助制度和重视外来工子女心理健康的对策。

Based on the field research data of 2010, it is found that there are many problems in the education of children of Foshan migrant workers. For external factors, they are. high standard for free--entry of compulsory education, low government propaganda, financial pressure in public schools, limit support for private schools, relatively poor teaching quality, etc. For internal factors, mainly from the civilization of migrant workers, limit family education support, low income, etc. So, for the next step, enrollment system for migrant workers＇ children should be adjusted to provide fair competitive environment, running schools by social resources should be encouraged to improve education assistance system for migrant workers＇ children, and mental health of children of migrant workers should also be emphasized to find out countermeasure.
