摘要
企业文化是一种西方引进的先进的管理理论,这种管理理论是以人为中心,以文化引导为根本手段,以激发职工的自觉行为为目的的独特的文化现象和管理思想,是企业的灵魂和支柱。中国政治制度、经济发展水平、传统文化及历史与西方国家存在巨大差异,决定了中国创建企业文化必须有自己的特色:中华民族的特色、社会主义特色、时代特色、企业特色。企业文化建设没有固定的模式,不能照抄照搬,只能借鉴,要结合实际制定适合本企业特点的企业文化模式,有所创新和发展,才能取得成功。
The concept of corporate culture was imported from western countries. It is a kind of advanced management theory. Such management theory centers on the people and uses culture orientation as its principal measure. It is a special culture phenomenon and management ideology aimed at stimulating the conscious behavior of staff. It is the soul and pillar of an enterprise. Considering that there are big differences between western countries and China in such areas as political system, economic development, culture traditions and history, China should build corporate culture with its own characteristics, namely, national characteristics, socialist characteristics, era characteristics and enterprise characteristics. There is no fixed mode in building an enterprise culture and no way for us to copy but to learn and innovate. We can only achieve success by building corporate culture with our own characteristics in practice.
