摘要
高校教师专业化发展的重中之重是提升课堂教学能力。为此,在岗前培训、在岗实践、脱产学习、培育教师职业幸福感等几个关键环节上都应围绕这一重点展开。一是,调整岗前培训的内容和形式,以适应课堂教学的基本要求;二是,提升高校教师的课堂教学艺术,优化课堂教学的效果;三是,为高校教师提供脱产学习的机会,促进课堂教学水平跨越式发展;四是,培育职业幸福感,调动高校教师自觉提升课堂教学能力的积极性。
The priority among priorities of university teachers' professional development is to enhance the teacher's classroom teaching ability.Therefore,in practice,several key links of pre-job training,on-the-job training,full-time study,cultivating teacher's occupation happiness should be built around the key expansion.Firstly,adjusting the pre-job training content and form to adapt to the basic requirements of classroom teaching;secondly,improving college teachers' classroom teaching art,optimizing classroom teaching effect;thirdly,providing full-time learning opportunities for college teachers to promote span type development of teaching level;Fourthly,cultivating happiness sense of the occupation and arousing university teachers positivity of consciously improve the classroom teaching ability.
