摘要
提高高等教育质量是高校的共同使命,而人才培养质量是高等教育质量的第一体现,是高校生存和发展的基础。人才培养质量的标准是多样化的,但创新精神和创新能力是其核心要素。高校学科竞赛能够融入与契合学科建设和质量建设的关键在于创新人才的培养。创新人才培养的标志之一在于创新能力的培养。高校学科竞赛与大学生创新能力培养具有内在必然联系。
To improve the quality of higher education is the common mission of universities between China and foreign countries.The quality of talents training is the first embodiment of the higher education quality,also is the survival and development of colleges and universities.Talent training quality standard is varied,but the spirit of innovation and innovation capability is the core factor of the talent training quality.Discipline competition of colleges that can integrate and correspond to discipline construction and quality construction is origin from the talent training,especially the cultivation of innovative talents.Cultivation of innovative talents is one of the signs in the cultivation of innovative ability.Discipline competition in colleges has immanent and inevitable connection to the cultivation of innovation ability of college students.
