光伏并网系统DC/DC全桥软开关变换器的研究

Research on DC/DC Full-Bridge Soft-Switching Converter in Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System

摘要 为了提高高频隔离型光伏并网发电系统的效率,减小占空比丢失,消除整流二极管的寄生振荡,采用了无源钳位的ZVZCS变换器拓扑。详细分析了其工作原理及软开关技术实现条件,介绍了变换器关键参数的设计方法。通过matlab软件对该变换器进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明了理论分析的正确性和参数设计的合理性。 In order to improve the efficiency of isolated-type high-frequency grid-connected photovoltaic power system, minimize the duty cycle loss, and eliminate the parasitic oscillation of the rectifier diode, a vice-side passive clamp full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter topology is given. The article analyzes the converter's operation principle and the implement conditions of soft-switch technology, introduces the design method of the converter's key parameters. Also the simulation of the converter is carried out using matlab software, the results show that the theoretical analysis is correct and the parameter design is rational.
