白细胞介素-6对脑缺血后大鼠海马及纹状体一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用 NADPH脱氢酶反应 ,观察了大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌流模型中海马及纹状体一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元的变化及 IL- 6对这些变化的影响。结果显示 :缺血再灌流后大鼠海马各部 NOS阳性神经元均明显增加 ,其中以CA1区增加最显著 ,纹状体缺血中心区 NOS阳性神经元明显减少 ,而其周围区 NOS阳性神经元明显增加 ,预先经侧脑室注射 IL- 6后 ,大鼠海马及纹状体 NOS阳性神经元数量明显低于对照组。提示 IL- 6可能参与缺血性神经元损伤的调控。 Effects of interleukin 6 (IL 6) on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in hippocampus and striatum were observed with NADPH d reaction during middle cerebral artery (MCA) focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rat. The results showed that NOS positive neurons in hippocampus were obiviously increased, with the most significantly increasing in the area of CA1. NOS positive neurons in the core of striatal ischemia area were significantly reduced, while in the periphery of ischemia area, NOS positive neurons increased dramatically. When the IL 6 was injected into the lateral ventricle before ischemia, NOS positive neurons in hippocampus and striatum were significantly lower than those in the control group. The results indicated that IL 6 might participate in the modulation of ischemia neuron damage in the brain.
