摘要
应用 Blomen建立的体外一水草酸钙结晶动力学研究方法 ,研究了新近合成的二磷酸盐 PPD和 PPC对一水草酸钙晶体生长与聚集的影响。实验结果表明 :低浓度 PPD、 PPC (≤ 10μmol/ L )对草酸钙晶体生长的抑制程度分别为 95 .4%和 6 8.6 % ,显著高于 EHDP(5 1.7% )和 PPI(2 1.6 % ) (P<0 .0 1) ,并具有抑制一水草酸钙晶体聚集的作用(Tmi/ Tm c>1) ,而 EHDP促进晶体聚集 (Tmi/ Tmc<1)。据此推测 :PPD、PPC有可能成为一类更有效防治结石复发的药物。
The effects of PPD and PPC on COM crystal growth and agglomeration were studied in vitro by using the crystal growth system established by Blomen. It was found that inhibitory effect of PPD and PPC at a low concentration of ≤10 μmol/L on COM crystal growth by PPD and PPC was stronger than by EHDP and PPI, (PPD: 95.4 %, PPC: 68.6 %, EHDP: 51.7 % and PPI: 21.6 % respectively, P ≤0.01). Both PPD and PPC could also inhibit the COM crystal agglomeration (Tmi/Tmc>1), but EHDP could not (Tmi/Tmc<1). It was suggested that PPD and PPC might become effective drugs in the prevention of urinary stone recurrence in vivo .
