摘要
为寻找新的人工泪液制剂提高对干眼症的疗效 ,制备了一种以聚丙烯酸凝胶为主要成份的人工泪 (PAA )。在11名正常人及 15 0名干眼症患者观察此药的前泪膜停留时间及其临床疗效 ,并与甲基纤维素人工泪液 (MC)进行比较 ,结果发现 :PAA的停留时间约为 MC的 2倍 ,其改善症状 (如疼痛、灼热感等 )及体征 (包括泪液分泌 ,泪膜破裂时间 )效果也明显优于 MC。
In order to search for a new artificial tear to increase the therapeutic effects on dry eye p\| atients, an artificial tear containing polyacrylic acid gel (PAA) as its main constituent (PAA) was prepa\| red and appliedto 11 volunteers and 150 patients with dry eye to observe its remaining time in precorneal membrane and its clinical therapeutic effect. The therapeuic effects of the new tear were compared with those of the methyl cellulose artificial tear (MC). It was found that the remaining time of PAA was twice as that of MC. The improvement of symptoms such as pain, burning sensation etc. and objective parameters including Schirmer test, breaking up time etc. in PAA was also obviously better than MC.
