摘要
针对边远地区交通不便,患者工作繁忙没时间问题,探讨了病案复印人性化服务的对策措施,即通过预约复印,使用特快专递邮寄,送病案到患者家中,探索采用电子邮件发送病案4种服务方式,为患者提供方便。
Aiming at inconvenient transportation of rural areas and busy for work of patients, this paper discusses the countermeasures of human- ized service of medical records duplication that include reservation duplication, EMS, deliver medical records to patients' home and sending by e- mail, which provides convenient for patients.
