出入院日报表打印软件的开发应用

The Development and Application of Printing Software of Discharged and Admission Daily Report

目的为了充分利用医院信息系统的资源,为统计和病案管理人员提供一个更方便的出、入院日报表,提高医院统计和病案管理的工作效率。方法使用Delphi开发工具设计和开发软件,从医院信息系统相关表读取信息,处理和打印每日入、出院病人登记表。结果本软件是一个性能较好、更新及时的软件。本软件成功处理了30多万人次的病人的入、出院登记信息。每年可节约一个工作人员的将近2个月的工作时间,统计报表出错的机率也降低了2%,病案的安全也得到更好的保证。结论本软件的开发应用,为统计和病案管理人员提供了更为高效的病人的出、入院日报表,进一步提高了医院信息系统的使用价值,明显提高了工作效率,同时,本系统是较为成功的软件,对中型和小型医院有一定的积极的借鉴作用。

Objectives to fully apply the resource of hospital information system, to provide a more convenient discharged and admission daily report for statistics and medical records staffs and to improve work efficiency of hospital statistics and medical records management. Methods Using Delphi to design and develop software, we get information from related report in hospital information system to deal with and print admission and discharged pa- tients＇ registration table. Results This software is a better performance, timely updating software, which successfully dealing with registration informa- tion admission and discharged of 300 thousand person-times. It can save nearly 2 moths work time of a staff in a year; the rate of statistical report error r^luees to 2% ; the safety of medical records can get better guarantee. Conduslons The development and application of this software provides more high efficient daily report of admission and discharge for statistics and medical records staffs, further improving the application value of hospital information system and work efficiency; meanwhile, this system is better success software that plays references role for medium and small hospital.
