1240例呼吸系统疾病患者死亡的相关因素分析

An Analysis on the Related Factors of Death of 1240 Cases Respiratory System Diseases

目的评价近五年某院呼吸系统疾病死亡率以及相关因素分析。方法按照ICD-10分类原则,收集某院2007年-2011年全部死亡病例中的呼吸系统疾病患者数据,并进行统计分析。结果近五年某院患者死亡人数为70,649人,其中1240人死于呼吸系统疾病,占1.76%,呼吸系统疾病死亡患者年龄分析显示,有逐年延长的趋势,2007年平均年龄为76.8岁,2011年为78.15岁;90.6%的死亡患者伴有合并症,其中伴有心血管疾病患者占39.8%,伴有恶性肿瘤的患者占25.5%。结论某院患者基本来源于北京市西城区,对这些数据的分析表明,该地区近五年死于呼吸系统疾病的患者年龄有延长趋势。本项研究推测这一现象可能与环境改善以及医疗保健水平的提高相关。分析结果能为本地区流行学病研究提供有用的参考信息。

Objective This paper evaluated the mortality of respiratory system disease in recent 5 years and the analysis of related factors. Methods According to the principles of International Diseases Classification, it collected the respiratory system disease data of the death cases from 2007 to 2011 with statistics analysis. Results 1. In recent 5 years, the death number in our hospital was 70649, in which there were 1240 died of respiratory system disease accounting for 1.76%. 2. The analysis showed that the age of patients died of respiratory disease appeared extended trend. The average age was 76.8 in 2007 and was 78.15 in 2011. 3. Patients who died of respiratory system disease had complications accounting for 90.6 %, in which 39. 8 % patients accompanied with cardiovascular disease and 25.5 % patients accompanied with malignant tumor. Conclusions Patients in our hospital are mainly from Beijing western town. The analysis shows that the age of patients died of respiratory system disease appears extended trend. We assume these phenomena may relate to the environment improvement and the improvement of medical care level. The analysis result could provide useful refer- ences information for epidemioiogical research in the local area.
