腔内球囊扩张治疗输尿管外科手术后狭窄

Transluminal balloon dilatation for postoperative strictures of ureter

目的 :了解腔内球囊扩张治疗输尿管外科手术后狭窄的方法和临床价值。方法 :用球囊导管对 2 4侧输尿管外科手术后的狭窄进行扩张 ,其中 2 2侧用逆行法 ,2侧用顺行法 ,扩后 14侧放置了双J管。结果 :93 %的狭窄扩张成功 ,术后患者症状和肾盂积水缓解。结论 :腔内球囊扩张对治疗输尿管外科手术后狭窄是一种安全而有效的方法。

Objective:To study the clinical value and procedure of transluminal balloon dilatation for ureteral postoperative strictures.Methods:24 postoperative strictures of the ureters were dilated with balloon catheter.Of the patients 22 were perfomed in retrograde fashion and 2 in antegrade fashion. The double-J indwelling tubes were used in 14 cases after dilatation.Results:93 per cent of patients were successfully dilated.The symptom and hydronephrosis were alleviated.Conclusions:Transluminal balloon dilatation is a safe and effective method for treating postoperative strictures of the ureter.
