摘要
1987年,有关质量体系的实施和维护的ISO9000系列质量标准问世。在ISO9000标准基础上,产生了专门适用于实验室质量管理的质量标准。本文试图实现对实验室控制要素的实施状况进行评估,分析各个要素的输出结果对实验室管理体系水平评价的贡献程度,形成对实验室管理体系有效性的评价模型,用以量化评价实验室管理体系当前运行的状况。在统计若干等间隔时间条件下的实验室运行效果的量化数据后,运用管理学的统计技术,预测实验室在即将发生时间段内的运行效果,在发现即将出现实验室管理失效时,发出实验室即将发生管理体系失效的预警。
ISO established the quality system implementation and maintenance of ISO9000 series quality standards in 1987. Basing on the ISO9000, the quality standard specially for laboratory is created. This paper tries to estimate the controling elements of the laboratory to carry out the condition assessment, and analyzing the contribution degree of each elements in the laboratory management system, formating the evaluating model of the effectiveness of laboratory management system, in order to quantitatively evaluate the current operating conditions of laboratory management system. In statistics such as the time interval between some under the condition of the laboratory of the effect of operation after quantifying data, using the statistical technology management, predict operation effect will happen in laboratory, in found that are coming in laboratory management fails, early warning the failure of management system in a laboratory.
