摘要 自然、社会和人组成互动共生的生态系统,在相互观照的经验上形成结构耦合,生成了地方上广泛存在的弹性生态智慧。对山地环境灾害的考量使我们思考,当致灾因子与自然、社会、经济和环境的脆弱性相结合,灾害风险也就随着增加。 Nature, society and man are interactive and co-existent in ecological system. They form structural links based on mutual care and generate flexible ecological wisdom widely adopted in local regions. A study on mountain disasters can set us thinking about the fact that disaster risks will increase when disastercausing factors are combined with natural, social and environmental fragilities.
