小鼠胃肠短路手术模型两种肠肠吻合方法的比较

摘要 胃肠短路手术是一种有效的减肥方法。近年来临床实践和研究发现，胃肠短路手术除了能降低肥胖症患者的体重之外，还能有效缓解其伴随的2型糖尿病，表现为空腹血糖的降低和胰岛素敏感性的升高等。胃肠短路手术对2型糖尿病患者的益处得到越来越多的临床研究证实，而且有研究显示胃肠短路手术后患者血糖控制显著优于单纯用药的患者。
