无症状人群盆底表面肌电的研究及其临床意义 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨无症状人群盆底表面肌电特征。方法采用多中心研究,南京市中医院、沈阳肛肠医院及湖州肛肠医院共招募无症状人群116例,按照性别、年龄进行分组。采用Glazer盆底表面肌电评估方案采集静息及收缩状态的波幅、变异系数、收缩反应时间及中值频率。结果男性在不同收缩阶段其收缩波幅均明显大于女性(P〈0.05);随着年龄增加,快速收缩时收缩反应时间延长,持续收缩时收缩波幅下降、变异系数升高,耐久收缩时变异系数升高。结论初步获得了无症状人群盆底表面肌电值范围,说明了不同性别及年龄段之间有差异,为今后的研究提供了参考依据,具有一定的临床应用前景。 Objective To explore the characteristics of pelvic floor muscle surface electromyogra- phy(sEMG) in asymptomatic population. Methods A total of 116 asymptomatic volunteers were enrolled from three hospitals ,including 47 males and 69 females, with an average age of 35.57 years( range,21 60 years). All the volunteers, were divided into groups according to gender and age. Parameters including amplitude, coefficient of variance(CV), onset time and median frequency (MF)in resting and contraction phases were collected by using the Glazer's protocol of sEMG. Results The amplitude of males in different contraction phases were larger than that of females ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; With the age increased, the onset time was longer, the amplitude of tonic contraction was lower, and the CVs of tonic contraction and endurance con- traction were higher. Conclusion Based on the primary data of pelvic floor muscle sEMG in asymptomatic population, differences existed due to gender and age. This study provides evidence for further researches and presents certain value of clinical application.
