Herbert加压螺钉治疗桡骨小头骨折30例体会

A report of 30 cases for Hebert screw fixation for the treatment of capitulum radius fracture

目的探讨MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的治疗方法。方法30例MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折患者采取切开复位Herbert加压螺钉内固定治疗，其中，左侧8例，右侧22例，术后不行外固定。结果术后随访6～18个月，显示骨折全部愈合，无骨不连。结论使用该螺钉治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折，能使肘关节进行早期功能锻炼，利于骨折愈合，防止术后因石膏托外固定所致关节僵硬。

Objective To investigate the Mason Ⅱ ,Ⅲ type of radial head fractures treatment. Methods from 2009 October to 2012 January about 30 eases of Mason Ⅱ ,Ⅲ type fracture of the radial head in patients taking open reduction and Herbert compression screw internal fixation in the treatment,8 eases were on the left, right 22 eases, postoperative no external fixation. Results After follow-up for 6 - 18 months,display all fractures healed, no nonunion. Conclusion Tips for using the screw for the treatment of Mason Ⅱ ,Ⅲ type fracture of the radial head, can make the elbow joint ： early functional exercise, and promote the fracture healing, prevent surgery due to plaster external fixation in joint stiffness.
