摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定轻身消胖丸中大黄素和大黄酚的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:C18色谱柱(5μm,4.0 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%(体积分数)H3PO4溶液(体积比88∶12);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果大黄素、大黄酚均在0.05~2.00μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系:r=0.999 9,平均回收率分别为99.53%、99.51%,RSD分别为0.6%、1.0%。结论本方法简便可行、重复性好,为轻身消胖丸质量控制提供依据。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Qingshenxiaopang Pills.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18 column(5 μm,4.0 mm×250 mm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(88∶12) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detective wavelength was 254 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection valume was 10 μL.Results Both emodin and chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-2.00 μg(r=0.999 9).Their mean recovery ratios were 99.53% and 99.51%,respectively,and RSD were 0.6% and 1.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,which may provide a method for the quality control of Qingshenxiaopang Pills.
