苦参的成分及质量分析研究进展

Advances in chemical composition and quality analysis of Sophora flavescens

目前已经从苦参中分离鉴定的化学成分有生物碱类、黄酮类、脂肪酸类、氨基酸类、挥发油类等化合物,对其化学成分的质量分析方法主要有:薄层色谱扫描法、酸碱滴定法、酸性染料比色法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用以及毛细管电泳法等。本文对这些质量分析方法进行综述。

Chemical compositions from Sophora flavescens have been identified,which consisted of alkaloids,flavonoids,fatty acids,amino acids,volatile oils,etc.The methods used for quality analysis of chemical compositions mainly include thin layer chromatography scanning（TLCS）,acid-base titration,acid dye colorimetry,high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） and capillary electrophoresis.This paper summarizes recent advances in chemical compositions and quality analysis of Sophora flavescens.
